These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Learn2Code.Tech website (the “https://learn2code.tech/”) and the learning management system (“LMS”) offered by Amend Ed Tech (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Website or LMS, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use the Website or LMS.
2. User Accounts
2.1 To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You’re responsible for keeping your account information confidential and for all activity under your account.
2.2 You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. 2.3 We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
3. Subscription and Refund Policy
3.1 Subscription Types: We offer weekly and monthly subscriptions.
3.2 Refunds:
Within 24 Hours of Purchase: Full refund if no course content is watched.
Before 10% Watch Time: Full refund if less than 10% of enrolled course content is watched.
Non-Eligibility: No refund after 24 hours or 10% watch time. Refunds must be requested within 7 days of purchase.
4. Intellectual Property
4.1 The Website, LMS, and all content are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
4.2 You may use content for personal, non-commercial use only, and not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.
5. User Conduct
5.1 Use the Website and LMS lawfully and respectfully. Do not:
Use them for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
Interfere with others’ use.
Transmit harmful code.
Upload objectionable content.
Impersonate anyone.
